Just home from hip replacement carried out by nial graham. Nothing but the utmost of praise for how well my operation went & also to all the wonderful staff on clywd ward. This is the best hospital by far in every way. My heartfelt thanks to you all. Xc

My first appointment yesterday to see Mr Steele about my hip. What a brilliant hospital! All the staff, from reception to Xray, to the nurses in the department, were absolutely lovely. Mr Steele was simply the best I could have asked for - kind, understanding, humorous. Explained everything clearly and gave me confidence about a hip replacement (not easy, as I was so apprehensive). After a bad experience at my local hospital, the rjah was such a difference!

Working man. Still waiting for a rotator cuff operation after three years. Utterly useless.So I finally got my pre ops done today for an operation tomorrow which was a cancellation I was asked to fill. I was due for the op at 0730 in the morning and they just cancelled it due to staff issues. This country and the NHS is truly broken.

I can't praise this hospital enough from the moment you walked through the door you were but at ease my partner Paul had back surgery we can't express how thankful we are to you all from the consultants surgeon theatre staff ,anaesthetist, nursing team ,physiotherapy domestics, House keeping ,catering, receptionist staff you are all amazing dedicated professionals, excellent hospial once again a huge thankyou to you all

Do not recommend private at this hospital. My mum waited NHS 10 months to have an appointment (and 2 cancellations) just to review her Xray and put her on the waiting list for surgery. The consultant said not sure why you waited that long just to see me - I've been here all along". Now shes on a 18 month minimum waiting list for a knee replacement that's shes waited since august to get on. She waited 10 months to go on a waiting list. So we were told at the appointment its 12k for a knee and unfortunately as long as a 3 month waiting list. Shes now told by the same consultants private secretary that its £16.4k for a knee replacement and a 7 month waiting list even with the depletion of her whole life savings. Please only give accurate information as consultants maybe dont realise the impact of this amount of money and the hope that a shorter waiting list brouyght...until we found out the reality. Mums been told by the private secretary to keep ringing them so they dont forget. This is the level of service I expect from the broken NHS system - not a service I would expect for £16.4k. (However

From January to Saturday when i had my hip replacement, I cannot say enough thank you to everyone , from HC , nurses . Doctor Nandra is very professional and very nice gentleman. all of them been so nice , friendly , communicative .Bravo to all of you , you deserve the most .

I had my carpel tunnel surgery done here today. Appointment was easy. Procedure was really smooth. Staff and nurses were attentive and friendly, best of all…great surgeon! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Waiting room was comfortable. In operation theatre, many nurses were taking care of me and calm me down with cheerful smiles. After operation, while waiting for paperwork, I was served with coffee and sandwiches. I can not thank you enough. I highly recommend this hospital.

My partner came in last week had a spinal opp the surgeon was fantastic the nurses were wonderful the hole hospital was spotless and nothing was to much trouble what ever you asked for many thanks Lorraine bishop

I needed an MRI on a Saturday & it was like a ghost town. I was seen 15 minutes early & the whole place was spotlessly clean.Staff were helpful & friendly.Parking is £3 for 24 hours, £8 for 3 days.
