I’m on rent to buy contact now, It’s been almost 3 years, I was happy at the beginning and referred many to Otto and rent to buy deal.But I would simply say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT TO BUY DEAL FOR MANY REASONS.I also would not recommend rent cars as well due to poor communication and service that I noticed it’s declining badlyAs well as some hidden fees.I am really thinking of canceling my contract and get a private hiring company.

Was involved in an accident and sahin from the Colindale branch was really helpful. He gave me a courtesy car same day. Put a hold on my payments and made sure my car was sent for repairs all under an hourAmazing and excellent service

So much regret to have signed with them for 4 years!!! - this company does not have any shame and take dishonesty to the next level.You will be forced to visit only their garage in Colindale- no invoice, no written traces of their work… ask sometime for cash payments… might damage your car and won’t even reply to your email mail or call after that! Literally Anything goes!

Been there for some time. Never had a problem. Recently there had been an increase number of drivers renting from them. Now the prices had gone up(became greedy) Appointments take a lot of time. Not enough communication between branches. Does not know what cars are available in which branch. Moved to a private lender. Happy now. Cars advertised on website are not always available. You go to a branch they say you can try another branch? Are you serious? Thats your job to communicate and ask if it is available. it is an attitude that comes when you think “if not you, we will get another driver”. Never going back

One of the dodgiest companies ever. At every opportunity they try to take money off you. They charge you £10 admin fee just for sending you a text and confirming to you that you have a ticket. It's not even a letter, just a simple text message. They wanted to force me to keep the car for another 2 weeks even though I had given them my notice. They wanted to sell me a 2018 Prius with over 80k mileage for nearly £28.000 you couldn't even make this up. They said at least we are providing you the insurance for 2 years"
