My honest review, a family friend of mine has used this company's Travel Training Service and I can say they were brilliant. My friend has got a 15 years old child called Kelly who is autistic, she attends a school in Dagenham and always goes there using special needs kids school bus. Kelly was a shy person, afraid of crowds, timid, always wants to be left alone. The council recommended her for a travel training to enable her be independent in the future. At first the family was sceptic and worried about this and reluctant to start the programme for her. However, Deluxe Staffs who came for the initial home visit reassured the parents that their daughter will be safe and will certainty change in no time.Every thing started changing after one week into the programme. Kelly started coming out of her shell, being aware of her surrounding, being happy at home and in school. One the teacher actually called Kelly's mun to inform her that Kelly's is making significant improvement at school in her academics. Three weeks into the programme Kelly was a total different person. Kelly can now interact very well at home even makes jokes, had many friends, we noticed so many things we never new Kelly could do. before the sixth week, Kelly can confidently go to school by herself and back home as well. Kelly can now go to our local stores by her self. Kelly's life has changed so much beyond our imagination and thanks to Deluxe Travel Training .

Good programme, caring committed staff, would recommend

Having been part of Deluxe Healthcare as a independent trave trainer, I have had not only the privilege to train childrrn with Sends to travel independently, I have also learnt how such an amazing course this gives to the children, who have not had the opportunity before to learn how to travel independently on public transport.. This is a great programme and all the staff are professional with DBS and caring Nature..

I can honestly say that Deluxehealthcare is a very professional, experienced company working with SEN children. I find the staff very knowledgeable about my sons autism and handled all difficult situations very well, they kept me informed every step of the way of his training.

As far as a company goes they go above and beyond for there employees and the children/family support. I have had the pleasure of working here for 3 years and I have never complained once the management team are extremely professional but fair and are willing to help you out when are where they can. I never knew about this course until I started with this company but I can say what a reward it has been to teach these extremely special children and young adults to grow confidence , make bonds/friends and gain there own independence in life and to also give some extra support for there family’s.

Working with Deluxe Healthcare i have such pride in seeing a child with sends/sen achieve confidence, develop interactive skills and more social awareness, there is nothing better then seeing a child with sends/sen become independent on public transport. Our staff are so caring and committed, its amazing what confidence we all achieve in such a short time. We are really committed to our children, parent/carer and always go above and beyond.
