Kay came very quickly in the middle of the night and managed to get our door open, freeing us and our dog from our bedroom! He was incredibly calm and reassuring and made sure that there was minimal damage done in the process of getting us out. Very very grateful!

The guys did a terrific job. It was an emergency call out and they arrived within a couple of hours. Their work was thorough and would t leave until I was satisfied. They worked late into the night to make sure that I felt safe and then returned the next morning to finish the job. Pricey but worth it.
