Pathetic experience with Shriya Chat house. We ordered 16 kgs ladoo to her. Out of those lot of them had fungus. We took the rotten ladoo to her shop and she agreed that it is spoilt but she declined to pay us back. Lot of my guests threw up after eating ladoo. It was disappointing and pathetic behaviour by the shop.

Absolutely amazing food. We ordered food for an event, and they really delivered the food was a massive hit. We have used them a couple of times and really have not disappointed. They price per head is very reasonable.

Very rude staff. Hardly put salt in Aloo Bonda and when I complained said that this is common or I eat food that is too salty instead of apologising. Asked me not to come to their shop again as if I would - had to throw away the bondas that I ordered when I had guests coming. Happened twice. Earlier forgot to add salt to samosas and said it’s good to eat food without / less salt. But then you shouldn’t be selling fried food / sweets as well if you claim to be health conscious. Sometimes when you order dhokla they always seem to run out of green chutney saying someone is on their way to buy coriander I am sure a lot of people can relate to this as I have heard similar horror stories. I come to this shop as I have no other choice ( being the only pure veg Indian restaurant in Crawley) but I guess it’s better to get frozen food in Hallan in terms of savouries and try fry it yourself.

Simply the best Asian (primarily Indian) supermarket in west Sussex!! If you can't find a certain spice/pickle/sauce here it probably doesn't exist....... I'm salivating just thinking about it!

If you are saying that you have Indian chat... than you should know that how much spices they are using...Aloo bonda - No SaltDhokla - Average but can be betterSamosas - Half friedThe only reason why Shriya's is running as there is no other options. But if you mark you as Indian one.. Please respect Indian food and Indian people. If you go with true Indian recipe, I bet you will get 5 times more customers

We ordered the food last week for 7 people, was ready at the promised time and taste was amazing.. this is a second time we ordered and food was yummy and delicious as always. Would definitely recommend!!
