Stride Orthotics

Mhairi and the team here are great and so helpful. I got custom insoles made and they have honestly changed my day to day life while working in construction.

I went to stride and I can honestly say, probably my worst and most expensive experience at a podiatrist /orthotics. The custom insoles they made me, where an absolute joke.when I returned too get them, they wouldn't even fit my shoe, they where then cut too fit by a pair of scissors ( so much for custom) I mean you couldn't walk in these for 10 seconds, never mind an hour. I was pretty angry at this point, being a female who was dealing with me, I didn't want too appear angry. So left they did call me, to see if the insoles where OK, but at this point I'd lost all trust in them. The advice given about building up my calves, was all nonesense, ive a fine set. I showed these implants to an NHS, podiatrist, he actually took pictures as he couldn't believe how bad. There are better podiatrists out there, avoid this place at all cost.
