Desserts Delivered Newcastle

Ordered for my sisters 30th birthday the cake was packaged great in 2 boxes and with ice packs. It was Absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and will order again in the future.

Appalling. Ordered a truffle cheesecake for my sons birthday, they sent out the complete wrong order knowing it was wrong and without telling us. They then waited for us to open and refused a refund unless we took them back to the shop- from Essex!!! Very plain and nothing special either.

I bought the hazelnut lovin' cake from these guys and I was not disappointed at all. The cake was shipped overnight all the way to the bottom end of the country where I live and arrived well packed and well preserved. I would most likely use them again for a special occasion.

I couldn’t fault the speed of the delivery and the politeness of the driver!However, I ordered a school cake & custard, and chocolate covered strawberries!The school cake came with no custard and the strawberries were frozen solid inside! I appreciate you have to set the chocolate somehow but I was shocked to bite into a completely frozen strawberry, all 3 of them were frozen solid. We couldn’t eat them as we couldn’t actually bite them. Slightly disappointing. I’m not one to normally write reviews but I’m not entirely impressed

I otdered a cake for my daughters 8th birthday a week and a half later and still it hasn’t turned up it cost £60 …. The DHL tracking clearly shows I have never received it and I had the expense of buying another cake. I have emailed countless times, left Facebook msgs and not one reply not one acknowledge of my msgs. I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and a scam. What kind of company do not offer a refund or apologise when an order never showed up. I am in process of dealing with trading standards on my issue as I would hate for them to treat others this way and think they can just get away it .

Very poor service from start to finish, I ordered a cake that was meant to serve up to 10 people, they sent a cake that was the size of a side plate.They tried charging me nearly £40 for a cake that was the same size as a cake from my local supermarket which only cost £9.Extremely sarcastic response from their customer services which seems to be a common theme by this seller.Escalated the claim via PayPal and was awarded a full refund.It’s a real shame that business like this try to con you out of your money and rip you off, standby for the sarcastic response to this review as they will have to have the last word!!!

Currently up to an hour and a half waiting and still no food. I've called 3 times. Driver is ten mins away. Still not here. Offered a discount for next time. I live 200 miles away. So they said I'd get a refund. We'll see. I think I'll be back home south tomorrow before we get our order

Been craving a sundae and this is the best place to get them. Bit dissapointed how they changed the size of the brownies but still same price.. other than that no complaints.

Placed order at 23:40, order was accepted and due to be delivered at 00:40-01:00. Was told order was on the way at 00:20 but stayed up till 1:40 and had nothing delivered. Disappointed to have spent £29.50 on treating myself for first time in a while, just to have nothing delivered. Attempted to call the shop as it was saying my order had been delivered, but it was shut for the night. Will be requesting a full refund and taking business else where.
