Amazing food quality and quantity. Sunday roast absolutely gorgeous.. I wanted a dessert but just couldn't fit it in... Was offered a take out of we wanted. We'll just return to try the starters and desert. Will be visiting many more times. Excellent, cozy and very friendly.

Portion size on the roast were a little bit big it was abit overwhelmingAbit to much gravey for me dobubhave the option of gravy in a jug n served ourselfs? If not myte be an idea but overall fab place

The Barnhouse arranged a buffet for my Mum's wake, they did this superbly and the food was lovely and very reasonably price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. All the staff were lovely, will definitely come for a meal here again. Thank you

Visited here today for my nieces 21st birthday family meal. Amazing Sunday lunch and excellent Stella and Madri beer. Staff are really nice and went out of their way to be extra nice to my family with great customer service. This place is excellent value for money nice portions and great choices of meats.Will definitely call again. I recommend when in Bredbury to give this place a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Me and my girlfriend went for Sunday lunch and had such a lovely time. We had the garlic mushrooms to start and lamb for lunch. The tastiest I've ever had and amazing value. Lovely staff, very attentive and friendly, will definitely be recommending to family and friends and be visiting again very soon.

We booked a table for 11 for Sunday lunch.My family were all visiting me, 4 of them from Germany. It was a family get together as I am just out of hospital and awaiting The start of treatement at The Christie.When we got there on Sunday we were told they had a busy few days so decided to shut the kitchen. The barman said he knew nothing about our booking yet on checking confirmed it was in the diary.We then had to ring round to see if anyone else could fit us in for Sunday Lunch. Ofcourse no one could fit 11 of us in at short notice.Despite asking for the manager/landlady to phone is we have heard nothing. What a way to run a pub/restaraunt.We ended up going back to my house and ordering in pizza.Not exactly the Carvery we were all looking forward to.Still no word of apply from anyone.

Booked The Barnhouse for a celebration of life for my mother-in-law. Staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us, the buffet was great and enough to feed everyone twice, and enough for leftovers!We had our own music and photos and it was just a really nice pleasant evening to end the day. Thank you so much for everything you and your staff did to make the evening run smoothly. We will be booking more events with you and recommending you to all. We'll done Team Barnhouse!
