I'm so glad that I found Phoenix Health Hub! I had no idea how tight and sore my whole back was, until it wasn't so tight and sore anymore. After just a couple of sessions I found I could breathe more deeply, which has improved my running and stamina. Since having a few more sessions I've also noticed improved posture and easier movement. Phoenix Health Hub has a welcoming and calming atmosphere thanks to all the staff, especially the fantastic receptionists. Thank you Johnny, Mike, Abby and the rest of the team.

You feel welcomed as soon as you are through the door with amazing receptionists. I had my fist few sessions with Maria she is brilliant I felt an improvement after each session. I had my first one with Johnny who is excellent, the combination of Maria and Johnny is defiantly the best way to go, I Would recommend Phoenix to anyone!

The chiropractor sessions are really helpful, my neck is easier and I get fewer headaches. Also had a sports massage a couple of times and they free up my back nicely

I started seeing Johnny and Maria for appointments very recently. It’s been about 9 weeks of appointments so far and in those 9 weeks I feel pretty much back to myself. 9 weeks ago I was experiencing extreme lower back pain and I couldn’t even touch my toes. 9 weeks later I have just completed my dance competition placing 2nd!! If I hadn’t chosen to go and see Johnny and Maria I don’t think I would have been able to compete in my competition. 5/5 services all around and I would highly recommend! I first visited Phoenix Health Hub on recommendation after experiencing several issues with my lower back. Johnny took me through my initial appointment and feedback, where he went into detail and visually showed me my X-rays whilst explaining to me the problems, which really helped me in understanding what exactly was going on! I've now got a personalised treatment plan, and I've been visiting twice a week for check ups and adjustments. I've had chiropractic adjustments from both Johnny and Maria and they have been amazing - both always ask me how I'm feeling, are always happy to answer questions, are really caring and have made me feel very confident in my treatment plan. I have also recently been for a massage treatment by Abby and she was just brilliant - she created a calm atmosphere and asked me if there was anywhere that I wanted her to focus on, I felt that she really listened to me and she worked wonders! I always leave feeling happy, relaxed and very positive. I already can't believe the difference I'm feeling in my back. Each time I leave I look forward to coming back!

I have always felt very welcomed and looked after at Phoenix Health Hub. The whole team are very friendly. For a few weeks now I have been having appointments with Johnny. I had never considered visiting a chiropractor before but Phoenix was highly recommended to me. Since visiting I have already learnt a lot about my body and noticed a difference in my posture and lower back pain that I hadn’t realised I could be living without. I’ve been having frequent sessions with both Mike and Johnny for my back. They have both improved my back so much and from this my everyday life and work life is so much better. I would highly recommend!

I visited the Phoenix Hub as experiencing back, leg and foot pain. On my first visit, I felt very welcome and that they understood how my problems were affecting my daily living. After a consultation of my problems, I had a strength test and X-rays. The friendly professional approach was more than great. I received a text from them the next day asking me to call. They had concerns that they advised required an urgent MRI. I went back the following day to have an update of the X-ray findings, no extra cost ever asked for. I decided to have a private MRI at the Horder Centre and they had no hesitation to do a referral letter for me which took less than 24 hrs. Luckily for me, the results were good, but I require a lot of treatment to get better. They contacted me as soon as they received my results. I cannot recommend the Phoenix Hub enough, completely putting their clients first. Johnny and Maria are now treating me and my trust in them getting me back to how I was is not questionable. I don’t often put reviews on, but this just needed to be shared. Janice Williams
