Worst doctors around. Broke confidentially. Had to get a private psychotherapist to force the doctors to see me. Waiting on blood test results from a test over a month ago.

More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment here.45 minute queues to get through are normal.Today I was advised my son needed to be seen, but they couldn't do it as no appointments so they've said I need to take him to the Urgent Treatment Centre and wait for hours for him to be seen, taking him out of school for hours and me out of work for hours when we are registered to a GP in our own village.What the point of being registered to a GP that won't see you is I don't know.Generally the staff are polite (aside from one receptionist well known within the village who is always rude) and working with hands tied behind their back and appreciate the shortage of GPs etc but since Jenner took it on, it has got 100 times worse.

service is horrendous. been waiting 4 hours for my appointment. care for patients is obviously non-existent with the receptionists who gave zero help and information about my appointment when asked they kept repeating that they are busy over and over until you get fed up and end the call.

From receptionists,nurses and doctors are fantastic.really supported me and gave help when I most needed..

Managed to get through on the phone at 08:45 to ask for an appointment with a doctor, only to be told that they were fully booked for telephone conversation. Try again the next day. At this rate in 2 weeks it will be an emergency and they then might speak to me.

Trying to get a doctors appointment for a week! Once I got through at 8am I was on hold for 20 minutes!! Nobody answered so I went up to the doctors (still on hold on my mobile) and finally got an appointment but have to go to Thistlemoor later today. Asked why I have been on hold so long when I called at 8am and she said that is the queue! Don’t believe it!! One receptionist - perhaps they need more staff!! One whole week to get an appointment! Shocking!

This place is a joke, receptionist is so rude and arrogant, each time I try to ring them for appointment at 8:00 answering machine says to call later I'm trying for an hour to get to them and I've got better chances to win lottery. After trying for whole morning someone pick the phoe and says sorry but is too late for appoitment, ring tommorrw.I do understand that they can be busy sometimes but every single day? and every single minute? Note to menagment read comments and take action. I prefer to drive 10 mile to different Medical Center rather tu use this one, but again why?!!!! if I'm local? I'm very understanding person but thats is a joke . The list of complains is longer but don't want to get too upset .

This place is a joke. If you are thinking about registering here please don't you will regret it. So many problems with this place I don't even know how they are still open. They will say one thing and then decide they didn't say it even if it's in writing. Receptionists are awful and that to put it lightly honestly not even sure they know what they are doing. Pick and choice who they want to see so if you are lucky enough to get an appointment the doctor won't even listen to you. Trust me avoid with your life
