IMO Car Wash

Very disappointed. Arrived at 11:40, sign said maintenance until 12:00. Called back at 12:20 and was told not open for another hour and a half. I used to use this regularly, quite shocked how it's being managed these days.

For £6 it's a better wash and dry than the guys in the Hafod. First time I've used IMO, and I will be back. A better wash and dry for your car. In the Hafid your car comes out half cleaned.

Great place. Reckon the 10 pound wash. Car come up.like brand new

Very good service even got me a chair to sit on whilst I waited for valeting to be done. Thanks. Been using this particular car wash + valet services for the last 8 years. Since first mobility car.

Poor professionalism. Always find someone grumpy with very poor understanding of English language taking order for wash. Today I visited to have my car washed. I repeatedly mentioned “Wax Plus” but he understood “wash plus”. To simplify things, I asked for “third one from top”. That didn’t work. His colleague intervened and got the order sorted. Appeared very angry after this. I barely could close the window he started the jet wash and not a surprise we became wet sitting inside the car-partly my fault- didn’t act quickly. Also he saw two P plates attached to the car as my wife is a new driver. We forgot to detach from the car. The guy has definitely noticed that but he doesn’t have slightest professionalism or love for his job- out of which he could have warned us that those P plates might get dislodged. Very disappointing experience.

We used the self service vacuum, which is £1 for 3 minutes. The bins provided were overflowing which was frustrating. The app doesn't work, I purchased a triple wash and was told it would be available in the app shortly and I'm still waiting the next day so good job I didn't wait for it to load yesterday! I have contacted customer services to let them know I've got a receipt but still no wash in my app wallet.

Broke my rear view camera when they were washing the back of my car with the brush. Would not admit it when I went back. Don’t use this place if you want camera’s damaged.the will deny all knowledge.

Place has gone downhill they've made it look nice on the outside but the inside is still stinking reusing the water it smells so bad had my car cleaned and whent back as it was still dirty when I told the guy he had terrible attitude towards me if the car ain't clean you ain't a car wash lost me as a customer

Some of the spray nozzles look like they need maintenance... Some were spitting rather than spraying.The cats trails as we nicknamed them after the dryer on exit look like they need a good cleaning themselves. After getting the car washed, they are the last thing you want to see dangling across it.There are better places for the money
