Good location and lovely cosy room. I loved that it was clean and provided everything from plenty of fresh clean towels to every kitchen utensil you can think off. Fridge freezer microwave kettle iron hairdryer & toaster - good quality too. Shower was a extremely hot and then quickly went cold which you should check first. TV had good channels (Freeview Netflix and YouTube).

Pro: Nice place host was wonderful and welcoming had a great time room was great.Con: was hot in the room no air conditioning, no milk in the fridge also laud noises from outside.

This is my third time staying at sawrey service apartments and I can proudly say I’ve never been disappointed from the apartment looking top notch with the design, cleanliness and space of the room, and to the service which you’d never get anywhere else they really know how to look after you. Thieves, nasty people, paid extra for additional services, didn’t receive any of it, decided not to stay due to the acceptable circumstances, and they refused the refund.Dirty thieves, praying on vulnerable people, luring them in with false pictures

Upon arrival we were very rudely greeted, we called the owner to express our concerns and received a mouthful of abuse.the whole building smelled of cannabis and cigarettes. People were walking in and out of the building smoking, and loud music blaring. My partner is pregnant so this was not suitable for us to stay.We left immediately, we want a full refund, as we have now had to pay to stay elsewhere after travelling 3.5 hours to get to the accommodation.
