Had a wonderful time with Mo and Paddy was so helpful and assisted us very well. Kept asking if we wanted any drinks. Great stuff in store. Purchased a Italian Sofa and a Dinner Table. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice and flashy showroom. Everything is good till you face an issue with your product. Moment anything goes wrong, they/their so called industry expert will say that it's not manufacturing fault and hence not covered in their so call 20 years guarantee.We got our sofa after wait of almost 9-10 weeks and the fabric slacked and we sink in during the first week itself. We showed the pics to showroom and they said to write to customer care.Customer care told us to wait for 2-3 weeks for sofa to settle but nothing changed during that period too. Then came the industry expert to review it. He admitted to me that there are issues with sofa and agreed to slackness and sink in but when I got the response from furniture village, they said it's not manufacturing defect as per report and hence not covered under guarantee so they won't do anythingMy query that if it's not manufacturing defect then please advise me reason of the issue or poor quality , is still unanswered.They have now asked me to hire an industry expert and get it reviewed and if they say it's manufacturing defect then they will review.. Strange that they are not able to take ownership of the defect and finding ways to escape.So be careful before buying or at least have your industry expect ready.

Had the greatest experience here. Shak was ever so helpful and helped me out in picking the best things for me. My whole family has has been served by him and left with great satisfaction. So happy with my purchase :)

Adnan Ali was super helpful and efficient. He helped put my boyfriend's sofa in his car. He was really helpful explaining the insurance and just all the various products.The store also has really nice oatmeal cookies and tea.

We had fantastic service today from Manish at Fosse Park. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice. We didn’t feel pressured into buying, and appreciated his patience with us. In the end we bought the bed, headboard, mattress and cover. We will definitely be back to Furniture Village for more furniture.

Abdul the salesperson was really helpful. He put us at our ease listened to what was important to us and showed us the options best for us not the most expensive. No pressure at all and very personable. Good range of products and Abdul showed good knowledge.

Abdul was very helpful with a lovely personality, he even provided us with tea and Cookies. He wasn’t pushing for a sale and explained things in great detail. He was such a bubbly guy and was good for having a laugh

We travelled all the way from London to visit furniture village in Fosse Park to see a good looking young man Abdul who had been recommended to us from a family friend. We were delighted with the service he has provided and will continue to recommend him. From the start to the end he made it stress free and a pleasant experience.
