Brilliant experience, no pressure to buy no salespeople hovering over you like vultures, when help was required Phil, Chris and the team were excellent. Bought our new motorhome four weeks ago very happy.Most importantly the aftercare service is OUTSTANDING 1st class, we had a couple of minor issues, these were rectified within a week of me highlighting them to the team FANTASTIC service. Thanks guy's.

Absolute pleasure to deal with.Travelled 2hrs to view a car which we then bought. The guys there on Sunday morning were really friendly and helpful and Neil who we spoke with in the week was also extremely helpful. The car was as described and was spotlessly clean inside and out for us to drive away! We were really impressed from start to finish. (Even helped us with the techno online stuff - thanks, us oldens really appreciate that!) Love our new car - it was just what we’d been looking for ….. for weeks, well worth the 2 hour drive !

Not the best review I bought a camper with these the sales side of things was good but only 10months down the line my slave cylinder and gear box needed replacing which cost over £1000 this was on a van that had done 40k miles and was only 8 years old, the warranty only covered for 3 months.

I’ve recently purchased a Caddy Maxi Life from Imperial, and I was very nervous about buying a car I hadn’t physically seen from a garage over 100 miles away! I had been shielding for over a year and it was impossible to travel to garage.I needn’t have worried. Neil from Imperial was fantastic he showed me the car on video, and made the whole process so easy. Ringing me keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I love my Caddy and enjoyed the process of buying it thanks to Neil.

I came across Imperial whilt searching for a Caddy van for use with large dogs, fishing and pending house build. Adam was brilliant in helping locate, spec and finish the van exactly as I wanted. Given how busy I was, most of the conversations were had by broken texts, inbetween meetings but Adam was happy to do this to fit around me. It was so easy, I did worry at one point if it was too easy to be true. I need not have worried as the van and service were 100% and A Star. Will recommend (and already have done) and will use again. Thanks guys.
