Process of ordering to pick up was seamless. Chap who delivered kept me up to date time scale for delivery within a very reasonable time frame. On arrival Paul set up the machine and explained very clearly the instructions and was so personable. The machine did exactly what it claimed to do. Brilliant experience, easy to navigate the site and find what i needed, very reasonable prices, a week was fairly cheap and fairly priced. The guys that delivered the ladder and picked it up were decent and sound, couldn't ask for a better experience, will definitely use again if i need to.

Used national tool hire twice in the last month and both times equipment delivered and collected as stated it would be. And the service I got when the wacker plate became unusable due to on off switch becoming detached from the machine, replacement delivered very quickly. All delivery/collection people friendly and courteous. Thank you very much. Would recommend you evert time now."

Easy to book and we had to extend hire twice - both times with ease, although no email confirmations (just copy of LiveChat transcript) was not professional and awkward to explain to the company - maybe something for future development.

Item was delivered on the hire date at an acceptable time following a text message. The website site should show all the charges including VAT as there was no mention of the non-refundable damage waver until the checking out page. Not good! No text messages sent prior to collection and no email to inform when the item was to be collected once off hire so I wasn’t at home and had to run back following a call from the driver.This is not really acceptable. The delivery driver was the same person each time and was very good."
