A sizeable total ground and first floor installation for our new build sea facing house at Herne Bay. Worth travelling to seek your advice during the pandemic when we only had the plans and drawings to discuss.Thanks for a great experience in helping us choose the finishes for our new build project, which is now complete.The install team were clearly very good indeed at their jobs and paid great attention to installing both the Amtico plank flooring and carpets throughout.Andrew was particularly good in talking us through the install, working round our needs and telling us what would be happening at every stage. Great customer experience and the finished job was first class, all cleaned up and tidied and leaving us with transformed and beautiful spaces throughout the house.Would unreservedly recommend Elite as the go to flooring company. It depends what you're looking for, a quick cheap job as you don't plan on staying or in the knowledge that what you have is of good quality and will last the test of time. Go elsewhere for a cheap fix, elite only sell good carpet at a fair price. 5 stars from me.

I've used Elite Flooring now twice, for the entire downstairs of two properties. They are super helpful in the showroom, their team went the extra mile to get the floor screeded before my kitchen was delivered and then the fitting was first class. So many friends have commented on the quality of my floor.

We used Elite upon recommendation after we had a leak throughout our ground floor, having moved into the area a month previously. The shop staff were very helpful when we were making our decisions on the type of flooring. We were getting married just before Christmas and it was unlikely they had the time in their schedule to fit the floor beforehand, however they managed to squeeze us in and did a fantastic job. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great service throughout from all of the team at Elite Flooring. Very approachable and a great knowledge of products with a wide variety of choice. The fitter was brilliant with excellent attention to detail. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Well what can I say. I have used Elite for all my flooring for years. Never disappointed. This time, better than ever. Two great lads on a bit of a mission to get the job done on time. Great finish, dust kept down to a minimum when returning to sand down the latex screed. So happy with their service alround from the helpful ladies in the showroom to the finish and craftsmanship of their fitters. Top notch job!

I recently moved to the area and was recommended Elite Flooring.My initial enquiry was responded to quickly, professionally and friendly. I was visited at home with a selection of carpets and laminates, the quote came through the same day and the job booked.I had the bedrooms, stairs and landing done with carpet and the entire downstairs with laminate. The fitters have completed the work and the end result exceeded my expectations.I 100% recommend elite flooring, the entire team are simply brilliant.

Great job if you want a job done well fitters took pride in what they do. You pay that little extra but it is well worth it.
