Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable & accommodating. Very happy with my new nose piercing and I was talked through everything making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back for more piercings!

Toby and Drew absolutely awesome place, well informed and generally a great comfortable environment, only had a small piece here so far but will defo get more based on the interactions and all round welcoming atmosphere. Do some great deals around Halloween, and other holidays so pop by and find out for yourself, I'm sure you won't be disappointed

i got tatted by the lovely alice (@tattoonixx) yesterday! i’ve been going to serenity ink for a while, i used to get quite a few piercings when they still had that service. it’s so lovely getting tattooed here! alice was very informative and was delightful to talk to. it’s overall a lovely environment, everyone’s so friendly to each other it’s feels very home like. was such a relaxing process. 10/10! <3

Went in to have a small matching tattoo with my husband. Came out with another one each and a revamp/ cover of a existing memorial tattoo. Absolutely amazing guys,excellent work,so helpful, top notch after care advise. Would highly recommend them and the work they do. Already decided to go back for more...sorry Drew your lumbered with me now.
