27/11/23 update has yet again another man to look at my kitchen units and stating really needs a new kitchen but we can not afford I should really have minimum of 7 units but only have 4 so yet again someone should be coming to fix this problem like last time.7th December Surprise surprise kitchen work was due to be carried out tomorrow but less then 24 hour before hand work been stopped this is all I get.DAMP WORK STILL NO SIGN OF ANY WORK GETTING DONE. Floors with cavities underneath living room and kitchen (hall was concreted some time ago due to same problem) FISH TANK BEING BLAMED AS THE REASON BUT WAS DOING THIS WITH JUST A SOFA IN THE SAME PLACEUpdate 28/6/23 kitchen was due to be repaired almost 4 week’s ago now but was told it’s cheaper to replace then repair but still no work been carried out, no phone call over getting work doneMy kitchen is still falling apart and no one seems to care kitchen is gonna be at least 3 months from last report till completion.Back gate needs replacing but yet again 8 weeks from report until work will be completed is a joke.All the breaches in tenancy agreement and they still send fake reports to my new legal team.22 may 2023 now blaming me for work not being carried out after Livv cancelled the work due to me making a claim.No kitchen work planned funny how I move in get no work done but new neighbours move in and get new kitchen and floor ripped up as they have gone.I have now got an appointment with an inspector at my cost to do a private inspection on my property. Floors have an empty cavity are sinking cracks turning up on the inside from floor to ceiling getting told just to fill and outside of the property crack running down bricks and broken in half like movement was asked to keep an eye on this over 2 years ago. But no inspection ever carried out.Will update after inspection carried out.April 2021 I reported drainage cracked and broken today 24 April 2023 work men was supposed to arrive and carry out the repair but yet again no show.Damp report carried out 2 years ago and work has still not been completed.Been in my property 5 years and my kitchen it terrible. When I first moved in was told kitchen would be replaced after 12 months and ever year I have asked about my kitchen and now all I get is it will be done just when we get round to it.My kitchen has dirty yellow wall tiles not even one double unit floor is uneven 100% not usable as a family kitchen. I have to have plate or tin all over my work tops.I am now getting advice over replacing it myself and going to court to recover my money.

I've not got experience of renting from LIVV but I did contact them with reference to a historical right to buy query, which was delaying my home move. I'm impressed with the speed at which I got a response, which exceeded my expectations. Thank You LIVV housing...

Reported mold on 1/12 in bedroom for my friend, he has complex chest conditions , we explained what it was mold not damp. Explained his Emphasyma , copd. A plasterer attended, said no it’s not his job but a painter who treats then paints,then we are told it won’t be attended till 8/1 over 5 weeks from initial report. Meanwhile my friend can’t risk sleeping in his bedroom, disabled and now has to try sleeping on his couch.on the livv website it states mold will be fixed urgent! Is 5 weeks wait urgent??? The response to messages is ( someone attended (8/12)!! Sending the wrong tradesman to say it’s not their job isn’t attending or addressing the problem . Why is my friend even registered with livv as vunerable and disabled when an urgent fix is not fixed urgently. They care nothing about vunerable residents . Added pix of some of the mold he is expected to sleep with.

Been waiting 6 weeks for there contractor to come take trees down rats have burrowed under it they finally came was told every thing would go including the stumps still here an they have left half of the big tree sordust was just blown in to corner so the job has only been half done really need it done so I can get someone to do it all up for me the garden is my haven due to ill health an I'm sure if it was there garden they would not exept the way it has been left

This is a field they own on Reeds Road which has become a dumping site. I have contacted them about it numerous times but they have ignored me.

I would give No Stars if possible.Impossible to speak to a human being regarding repairs etc .Queue position on phones is outrageous !Even at queue position no2 I waited 43 minutes then was disconnected as my battery time ran out .

There's a lot of bad reviews here but I've never had an issue.They replaced My bathroom quickly and done an excellent job!Thank you

Come bk and give 5 stars not for livv themselves for the lovely fella who plastered my hall today. They put 20meters for a hall to be plastered was way more and the fella sorted it out for it all to be done. I made sure he had tea coffee or a cold drink alday. He was also alone doing a big job he looked done in after the day n still offered to clean up after himself which I said no to. Livv you should appreciate such a hard working lad and maybe take hints of him very hard working and knows how to have a nice convo unlike half the staff on the phones with big snotty attitudes like they are better than anyone.
