A long uphill walk (depending on the direction you came from) but definitely worth the effort. Great place to visit.

Great walk up from Matlock centre, I remember when we first discovered this Church on a walk from Matlock Bath many years ago in the snow around New Years eve as dusk was falling and mist all around.It was like the scene from a Gothic horror film.........then the pub across the road beckoned with a warm fire and a cosy glow..couldn't resist.

Really good church. My mate got married in this church. The church was beautiful and well maintained. The grounds were clean and tidy. The service was great. The only downfall would be there is not lot of parking. Luckily my mate house is two roads away,

A beautiful old church set on a hill side, some ancient graves in the grave yard along with some war graves, very well kept and a nice walk through the yard will get you to the war monument on a hill side with stunning views over Derbyshire.

Stunning medieval church with wonderful views over Matlock. The churchyard has some beautiful funerary tombstones and monuments.
