Honestly the rudest staff member in the world works here! Extremely unhelpful and just plain rude when he speaks to you. I think someone needs to retire already. I've been here twice now trying to get something sorted and both times been rudely turned away because he's too busy or the shop is shutting soon and he won't have time. My recommendation is to go elsewhere!!!

Good service, friendly staff, quick turn around on dry cleaning. I use these guys regularly and have always found them to be very good!

Would give 0 stars if I could, such an awful shop. I got a couple of keys cut from this shop and they were awful. I couldn't lock my door from the outside with them and I've also had other problems with them. The staff also aren't that friendly too. So in the end, I went to an independent key shop on Gillingham high street and they were much much better than Timpson.

Read the reviews before visiting the shop and was a bit worried about meeting this aggressive shop owner... but he was lovely, really couldn’t fault him. I had 3 keys cut in less than a minute, and he told me to come back if any problems. Tried the keys the next day and they worked absolutely fine. Really couldn’t fault him and will be going back. Obviously I appreciate the others may have had a bad experience / caught him on a bad day but I felt like I had to share my positive experience as the reviews honestly made me so anxious I was going to go elsewhere, but glad I didn’t and will be returning :)

The old boy who’s works here is the rudest guy I have ever met in a customer service role. Everything you ask him to do is an inconvenience. Your walk in and he’ll be sittng down but he’s always “super busy”Best bit is when I walk in at 4:45pm. This is a real inconvenience for him as he has to go home at 5pm!!!We spend longer having a conversation about whether he has time to do it now then it would take for him to do!!I only use this shop because you can park outside and I love to see the guys face as he watches me walk up. Really surprised he’s still working here tbh!!Gave a one star for the entertainment value!!
