I was looking for a S5 and P5 cervelo bike and met with the owner and staff of LAP bikes. Mr. Boj helped me a lot about getting the right bike. I have seen many bike shops in London and LAP bikes is the best specialist retailer, where the people are there because they love it. I would definitely recommend them, they know all about high end bikes and genuine about helping the customers. Respond honestly to issues in each moment with integrity for the good of the customer and the store. Bikes are very personal and detailed vehicles and you need to buy it from authorized and honest seller. And it will always be LAP bikes for me. Thank you guys!

Absolute FIRST CLASS experience from the first Phone call until now November!! Firstly all the other major shops said I could not get the bike I wanted the Cervelo S5 in ice blue, these guys had it to me within 7 days when everyone else said it was impossible to get.. LAP BIKES TRUE WINNERS! they exceeded themselves in that aspect & ever since their follow up after service care has been fantastic! If I contact them they always get back immediately & always happy to help! If ever I require another bike I will go back to these guys 1st.. Thanks soo much LAP bikes for the bike, service, friendship- all greatly appreciated!

Really friendly service, very clear, gave me options and excellent communication throughout. There was a mistake w cost which was not insignificant- the shop ate it which was extremely impressive. Most important; a peach of a bike! Really pleased - would highly recommend.

I walked past Lap Bikes and saw amazing high end bikes on display. Based on the type of bikes I saw, I assumed only the cycling elite would be welcome, but I was wrong. The customer service was amazing - no pressure selling, just a good chat about the bikes and cycling in general. They are flexible with component changes to get the perfect bike at the right price. I cancelled my order with another shop and went with Lap Bikes. I value the personalised and social experience more than just a transactional exchange.

Brilliant experience here at LAP Bikes. From selecting the bike to equipping all relevant accessories, LAP bikes provided professional support and services.The whole process was efficient, as my bike was being assembled in London then transported to Manchester within a week! Boj and Mauro are very kind, they provided plenty of useful advice for me.Love my Merida Reacto, massive thanks to Boj and Mauro.

I’d highly recommend LAP if looking to get a new bike Boj and the team are super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk too. They were really flexible in terms of building up the BMC teammachine I was after with the spec I wanted. I absolutely love the bike it’s perfect for me and would definitely go back to LAP in future when I do look for a new bike! Highly recommended and you won’t find another shop in London with so many bikes actually in stock to look at.
