Within 24hrs the property was live and on the market and once I had read the property description I knew I had made the correct choice. It was thoughtful and Susan had listened to what I thought were relevant points. I had 2 offers on the property and it was sold within 2 weeks. The process then was complete in 8 weeks which I think Susan worked hard to keep things flowing between all parties including the solicitors. The very best part of the process was Susan's excellent communication. I would 100% use this service again.
