Surgery of Light

This a good surgery for the community within the community, with a handy car park and close to local shops. They have helped us and work well with Whiston, Brookside, Pharmacy.

Refered to here by my GP practice and had the most terrible experience.First of all met by the most obnoxious rude receptionist I have come across, which the communication skills were none existent and quite frankly rude.The treatment was also poor advising that should been given medication longer originally and told to 'put up with it' with no medication.The end result because of this failure to treat was then having to use more NHS resources due to a really bad ear infection to the point balance and everything affected and bad chest infection.Had this been treated correctly this would have been the case, instead I have had to waste more resources due to the poor care here.I would not recommend this place to anyone

Been to see 3 different GP,s in the last 15 months with back and leg painLast visit 3 weeks ago and when I explained about the constant pain the answer I get is oh I dont know what to suggest"How about referring me for tests ie xray
