Jay was a great help in correcting a misdiagnosis of convergence insufficiency (I actually had a squint and never knew!). Jay is knowledgeable and reassuring, explaining all the options available clearly and helping me work through them.

He was absolutely brilliant and helped me so much yesterday. He did a full in depth assessment and was very kind and understanding. Out of everyone who I have been to, he was the only one that could identify what was wrong with my child and how we could help support her in the best possible way. It is such a wonderful feeling to have finally found a tool that could give her that little extra support that she has been needing.Thoroughly recommend him
