Love this shop with a passion! I am way too old to enjoy playing with lego but this shop always amazes me with the amount of LEGO stock that they have. I am impressed with the amount of customisation stuff they have. The store gives excitement the minute you walk in and I thoroughly recommend this for people with a love of lego!

Brilliant store, bright and well stocked easily located, all level access with enough space to get either wheelchair or buggy around. Both the greeter and till staff were helpful and friendly, unfortunately two members of staff in the photo were to busy talking the whole of my visit ignored shoppers otherwise would have been 5 stars

Very often pop in when I’m browsing the Bullring and the staff are always very helpful, cheerful, and chatty! Had a very lovely conversation with Alexander today as he showed off one of the models displayed in store that my brother and I were interested in. Always a pleasure to visit this Lego store whether just browsing or buying!

Staff are always great here, know their stuff and friendly. Really should be 5 stars but I've given it 4 as I was so excited to grab an expensive piece this weekend and they'd run out. I feel a set this expensive isn't purchased that often so stock should be easy to maintain.

Absolutely loved it! We don’t have a Lego store close to us, we had traveled to Birmingham for a concert. The staff were amazing, helped me re set up my VIP so I could get the extra bonuses and were super helpful on products.
