Bosch loves visitors, they are always looking to help people solve their Heating and Hot Water problems, if you need help or a new Boiler give them a call, they will be pleased to hear from you.

Pressure gauge stuck on boiler. Still under guarantee, fixed free of charge. Engineer pleasant, thorough, quick and clean. Left everything spotless after replacing gauge and testing, and took offending part away.

DO NOT USE. Booked a fixed price repair only to find out its fixed price unless its more and they will still charge you even if they don't fix your boiler. The engineer attended my property and then called me afterwards to advise me that I needed extras totalling £500 for it to be fixed so I made the decision to replace the boiler as it would have been more cost effective... 3 days later they had taken the full amount out of my account, so £300 quid down and no better off... complete rip off. They have now given me a partial refund but I still feel like I have been taken for a ride by a large and what I thought was a reputable company. Will never use again, Vaillant all the way. I am also reporting for misleading advertising.

Issues with Worcester boiler, rang customer service. The lady said if you get the boiler on the government scheme, its only gets 2 years guarantee (5 years if you did not). As they don't make any money, how totally unprofessional, and unfair to people on the government scheme.

Today I experienced brilliant service from a Worcester technition. The chap (Nick) set off th get a part at 4.30pm and stayed here til after 6 to rectify the fault with our boiler. His dedication was very impressive . Thank you for your excellent service.

They are not my favourite boiler, by far. Many plumbers like them because they are 'easy to fit'.... I don't benefit from this, I can use a pipe bender :-)

I am a heating engineer for 17 years and Worcester came to me took us around there factory, paid for our meals let us work on there boilers paid for a hotel paid for breakfast all to get us on board buying there boilers.So we asked to become accredited so we can offer there 10 year warranty and basically it was a no from two of there representatives then no from head office then asked to have the conversation with there director and he doesn't want the conversation so will not ring me back.The rep says they already have a third of the market and they couldn't cope with any more.But we are talking about a 10 year warranty that all the other manufacturers offer.Worcester tell everyone there the best so what is the problem.So do they mean there as bad as every other manufacturer and have as many problems as all of them.(so there not the best there just good as every other).Worcester are very awkward to work on but are a very good build with very well priced parts but over priced on the initial purchase.Ideal are very easy to work on very good build have a few problems over Worcester well priced parts and around £500 less on the initial purchase as Worcester.Baxi not bad to work on the build is ok they have the same issues as ideal and not bad priced parts and overall around £600 less than Worcester on initial purchase.So let's make it simple:-Buy Worcester buy once but buy ideal or baxi and you can buy nearly two boilers for the same money.I offered Worcester my business in return for good customer service for me and the customer (they are no different than all the others so why pay more)

Would like to thank Worcester-Bosch for leaving me and my home without heating from Thursday pm to Date ( Saturday 03/03). Due to my boiler breaking down with the beast from the east" to blame and their contact phone number being constantly engaged with no option for a call-back. Also no response to my emails."

The absolute WORST customer service. Good luck if you ever have any issues. They don't care about their customers, or products. All they care for is to grab as much of your money as possible while their subpar products break down.

My annual service was done couple days ago. An engineer left my property without any paper notice, just told my partner, everything is ok and everything what was changed is included in normal service plan. After couple days, when they frozen £340 they sent me that money back. I wanted to be fair and called to them to let them know to collect the £126 for normal annual service. What was my surprice when a lady told me I have to pay extra because a fan in my boiler was to loud (of course it wasn't) and an engineer has to changed it..... I think the fan is made from the gold, really £214 for change the fan... never ever again, or they will strip you of your money.
