My dog's tail was hurt and bleeding and they checked her in under 30 minutes at short notice - emergency appointment. Top notch service. A huge recommend. They also have a very fair monthly payment for all flea worming and annual injections etc.

Every time we require an appointment they send us to the other side of town which is not convenient for us and it makes us question the facility. Our dog is well behaved and obedient yet they always send us to milehouse.

Had to attend with my daughters cat. Receptionist no empathy. Vet was lovely. Enquired if my daughter could pay bill in instalments as on Maternity leave & cost of living - received a very curt reply - 'No facility for that'.

With covid restrictions you have to book to visit. No entry to surgery that I could see. You hand over your pet in car park. Card payment by hand held terminal. Service still good. Any requirement for wormers or flea treatment book in advance.
