Great experience here! Gracie was great throughout, and knew exactly what she was doing. Came to her with a pulled quad and in a lot of pain. She did great to relieve some of the pain, swelling and tension! Would definitely recommend to others

Booked in with Gracie for an hour and I can highly recommend. Working 6 days a week and trying to keep up with sport, my body was constantly aching.Gracie was very approachable and professional, creating a relaxing environment to have a chat while getting the much needed sports treatment. As I have an active job, the next day I felt so much relief from the usual aches which had gone. 5 stars, happy to support a new local business.

I’ve tried lots of different sports massage therapist around Carmarthenshire and was recommended Gracie after a half marathon, it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else! She was so polite and friendly, really eased me into feeling comfortable straight away as a new client. She really knows what she is doing, I’ve never felt that good after one session. Honestly the top of her field. I can’t recommend her enough! If it’s legs, back or anywhere she will sort it.

I suffered with a sore shoulder for more than 8 months. I'd tried a number of other individuals to try and ressolve the issue with no success. I visited Gracie for an hour session in July and she allocated the issue within minutes and carefully worked out the knots and tight muscles. Over the next few days I could feel the benefits of her work as I started to regain flexibility and full mobility back in my left shoulder. I would highly recommend Gracie for sports massage or if you are suffering with any soreness, tightness or reduced mobility. I couldn't he more thankful.
