We have nothing but praise for Simon Lord who steered us through the highs and lows of selling a house for the first time. The market seemed to swing from one extreme to the other and we might have done the same without his constant support and considerable experience. The team were responsive and between us all we navigated the uneven terrain that is the housing market and ended with a happy conclusion. We must also mention the photographer who was unusually talented and definitely helped create viewings.

The team are very helpful, purchasing my new home was a stressful ordeal but the team as well as Rob tried their best to help me with everything they could. They loose a star due to them recommending an awful solicitor company which cause all kinds of grief and I should have chosen my own. Other than that the Allen and Harris team were very good

Great estate agents to work with - we had some difficulties with our seller's solicitor holding things up and adding unnecessary delays, which made things more stressful than they needed to be, but Louise was great at pushing things through, communicating with everyone, and ensuring everything completed on time!
