Benito Brow Bar

I always go here for my eyebrows and they always end up looking great! Only issue is that you have to pay by card.

Completely ruined my eyebrows... One is round and the other is arched... Beyond ridiculous especially for the price!

There was a lady here that was very good. She was a good listener and i always left with beautiful eyebrows and she actually took into consideration what i wanted. But she has now left.The remaining ladies come across a little rude. They are such poor listeners its quite shocking. I tried to show the lady what i wanted and she was quite dismissive and kept talking over me and saying yea yea and i wasn't happy with my brows which could have been avoided if she had actually paid attention to the pictures of my old brows and pictures I'd saved. I just find the remaining women working here don't really take care doing brows or really listen to how a customer wants their eyebrows they just do quite a rough poor job. I haven't left happy with my brows since that lady left. They don't care if you're unhappy and won't hesitate to argue or be rude with you. I won't be getting my brows done here again.

Someone at hand when you walk in with regards to staying safe there is a one way syste6in and out. Was a little disappointed that the sizes in the mens department was limited. Ladies section not as good as last xmas but suppose its been a tough year

Awfull, one eyebrow was perfect the other they just about took the arch clean off, actually worried the other brow wont grow back, had better experience at superdrug threading for half the price

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THESE!!! they absolutely butchered my eyebrows! never have they ever been threaded as bad as these did! I went to them as I was going on holiday the next day and was grabbing a few last bits in intu, they made them so thin and completely different shapes. I think a blind man could have done a better job. disgrace.

They do ok eyebrows depends who you have

Love this place when it's the correct woman! If it's the one that's not usually there then be prepared to have your eye brows recked!

Previously left a bad review as I mistook this place for the Extreme Eyebrow Bar. Have now removed it.Sorry for the confusion
