Couldn't have been better. We were up from Edinburgh for the weekend and needed to take our pug along. They were fantastic. Very calm, kind reassuring people - reception staff and vet.

Our family is going through a very sad and difficult time, having lost our beloved doggy on 16 August. Whilst I have delivered positive feedback about specific members of the team who have been (as one would expect) kind, empathetic, professional, genuine and compassionate, these individuals are disappointingly being failed by others who have in our experience been void of so much as a baseline level of compassion, regard or understanding of what it means to experience this loss.I provided explicit and detailed feedback to the practice and was again disappointed with the response.I have since spoken with the Clinical Director and now have some faith that lessons will be learned so that no client ever has to go through a similar experience to ours.

The surgery was very accommodating. We were on holiday when we thought our dog Ozzie had picked up a tic. They saw us right away. The vet was very helpful and explained that it was actually a skin tag. She tied it off, and it has since dropped off. A big thanks to both the vet and the receptionist for seeing Ozzie so promptly.

We, unfortunately, had to take our wee dog of 17.5 years of age for her final visit to Tower Vets recently. The sympathy shown to me and my adult daughter were absolutely top drawer. The vet Helen explained how the procedure would work and, although sad, it provided great comfort to witness such a peaceful end to Tessa's time here with us carried out with such care, compassion and prfessionalism❤️
