Kings Weston Estate
Always love a stroll around Kingsweston House and the lovely grounds. Good for dog walking and has a great view towards the second severn crossing and Wales.

Big open space in front of the house thats great for kids to play, fab walks through penpole woods for dogs and children. Sit outside the cafe overlooking the severn and enjoy the views.great place to spend a few hours

Kings Weston Estate
A historic landscape covering over 300 acres, with many historic buildings and garden features.Very dog friendly, and a cafe by the house.There is no admission charge for the grounds of the Estate. The grounds are open at all times. Kings Weston House is not open to the public, except for special events.There is parking at Shirehampton Car Park off Shirehampton Road.The Estate has uneven woodland paths that get muddy in wet weather, which means access for wheelchairs and pushchairs may be difficult.

This Estate has been a great area to explore during lockdown and I don't just mean the grounds itself. There are secluded forest trails around the estate that you can follow that are free from the people you might find on the grounds. It's important to improvise when you come across quite a few people on a local walk these days so again I recommend the forest trails!The building itself is also a great place to hold a social function, my work always organise our Christmas parties there and we always get treated well by the staff.

Large Public Park and Woodland.Great for walking dogs, afternoons out with the family. Great views across the Severn Estuary. Also has a cafe with outdoor seating area taking in the above views.

We like the open space reasonable shady areas and relative quietness of the estate.There are looked after gardens (small) that are accessible, but in the main is more rustic and the main paths around site need a more robust, all terrain mode of transport.The cafe is decent though with limited opening (even when notnaffected by covid regs) which means the toilets are not very available.May benefit from some Moore chills friendly elements (wild play area, orienteering etc)

Beautiful trees in the woodlands, good walking paths, very popular for people walking dogs. Large estate with kept gardens.
