We found the company very professional. They phoned to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. The work they carried out was of a very high standard. The workforce were polite and courteous . On completion they cleared up extremely well. I would definitely recommend this company .

This company was recommended by someone who they did a good job for. Have now made two appointments & waited in for them to come but no shows. Have left messages but they don't return calls. Obviously got too much work. Very frustrating - wish they would just be honest rather than waste people's time.

H M Thomas have now done 2 jobs for us including complete re-roofing of a terraced house in Spanish slate. Excellent on both occasions - polite, friendly and good quality work, delivered when promised and to the quoted price.

I have just read these reviews and have to say that the negative reviews are not fair. There are two sides to every complaint.This company have been trading for over 40yrs, and that means at least 50,000 contracts completed.( just allowing for one contract per week).I recently had a roof leak repaired around a chimney stack, and from start to finish H M Thomas Roofing Ltd gave a knowledgeable professional service. Can't fault them. My neighbour, who is a building surveyor, was also impressed with their workmanship.

I thoroughly recommend H M Thomas (Loughor) Roofers Ltd. A top job done by this company has enhanced and improved the house. All waste stripped away and disposed of, and then new slated roof installed in short time. House is now dry!

This company failed to show up on two occasions to complete work for me. Completely unprofessional. When I rang to complain the person answering the telephone was completely oblivious and unable to help. Despite being a local company I would never use or recommend them.
