Primo Dental Wirral

Been using Primo Dental for the last two years, and I would highly recommend them. Wouldn’t use anybody else. I had a problem with a back, filling on one of my rear molars and the Dentist who was treating me went out of his way to make sure that he got it right. Going the extra mile!

The service I received from Nichola at primo dental was nothing but amazing. From the initial consultation to the end result. I really struggled with confidence as my teeth weren’t straight and and they are quite small. I went for Invisalign aligners and it’s the best decision I have ever made. I actually smile now and have so much more confidence. Thank you so much to the team at Primo Dental

Dr Nicola Hird was amazing from start to finish! She couldn’t have been anymore helpful and thorough! She made my Primo experience A*. Nothing was too much trouble, and I can’t wait to go back and have more treatments done.

On going treatment, but up to now all good,Abs is lovely making sure I'm ok as I am a very anxious patient.Girls on reception and in the surgery are lovely too.

Brilliant staff, kept asking if I was ok during having 2 fillings, was there for an hour and half

Never have i had such a bad experience, from receptionist to appointment running 3/4 hour late, then trying to rebook only to want consultation fee again.

Nichola is so lovely, explains everything well and puts you at ease. I’ve been a patient for Primoline since June 2023 and the difference in my teeth is amazing. I will be transferring to this practice for my general dental needs even after the alignment treatment is finished.All the staff are lovely

Hadn’t been the dentist in years, my teeth were a mess. Past experiences with dentists and hygienists had been awful. Came to primo dental as my teeth were so bad didn’t have much hope. All the staff from receptionist to assistants and especially Nichola were amazing. They all made me feel at ease, welcome but most of all restored my faith. My emac veneers are amazing and have restored my confidence. I am no longer scared of the dentist as I was treated with care and compassion. I honestly can’t thank Nichola and her team enough. The whole process was quick and easy and I will be forever greatful. Thankyou Primo dental you will never truly know what you have done for me ❤️❤️

Could not be happier with my care from Primo, especially Nichola. She's made me feel so comfortable with my fear of dentists and I'm so happy with the results of my teeth. I will never go anywhere else!!
