Mark has redone our bathrooms and kitchen as well as redecorating most of our house. He’s done a brilliant job.

Mark project managed 2 new bathroom installations for us. He loaded with the supplier and organised all the tradesmen so there was continuous work happening. We always knew what was going on and who was going to be in. We are very pleased with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team and would use them again.

Mark and his team renovated our kitchen and dining room and we were so happy with the results that we arranged for them to come back and complete our utility overhaul. The Artisan Company were recommended to us from the kitchen supplier and we are so glad we chose to use them. Mark and the team ripped out the old utility room, replastered, painted and decorated, fitted and installed the new worktop, plumbing, cupboards, electrics, tiling, it was a complete overhaul. They were professional at all times, always punctual, friendly and reliable and helped come up with suggestions and solutions for things we were unsure of.We had no hesitation in leaving them with the keys to our property and left them to complete the work in our absence. The finished product was immaculate and we are so happy with our new modern space. Mark and his Team have transformed our home!Over the past 2 years, we have used Artisan Company to remodel our family bathroom and en suite, and completely change our kitchen and dining room. Mark and his team did a fabulous job - thank you guys! Ours was a very tired bathroom which I had patched up over the years with my reasonably competent DIY skills but my wife finally decided to call in the professionals. We were lucky in finding Artisan Company and from the start I was impressed with Mark's can do attitude when he paid his first visit to discuss options. He recommended Mostly Bathrooms in Dorking for our supplies and design advice and we weren't disappointed with their helpfulness. Mark took the hassle out of coordinating tiles and fittings deliveries, liaising directly with suppliers on our behalf. All the team worked tirelessly, even refusing to be distracted by events in the Ashes series. Shout out to Karl the tiler, Rob the plumber, Andrew the electrician and Ash the plasterer. All were very friendly, polite and professional in their work which they carried out to a very high standard, no exisitng problem was too great for them to address. Mark's can-do spirit was reflected in them all, not a sharp intake of breath from any of them on discovery of an unexpected bodges from the original bathroom fit (wiring/plumbing/walls had them all). Watching things progress, as they dealt with all the issues raised by original work, I realise now that this would have been far too big a job for me to have taken on as a DIY project. To have it completed promptly and to such a high standard has been very pleasing. We now have a bathroom that everyone wants to use. Now to work on a plan to manage that..I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Artisan Company again and should I need any significant work doing in the future I'll be giving them a call.

Mark and his team installed our kitchen in October. We live in Italy so were absent for the installation, we were happy for Mark to have our key and work the alarm! Mark regularly sent us photos of progress, phoned with any questions rather than making his own decision and whenever we had questions, he responded by return. The communication throughout was excellent which for us was vital given we were absent.The quality of work was excellent and he cleaned up everything prior to our return. He came in exactly on budget. We have been using the kitchen now for some weeks and there have been no problems.We would highly recommend Mark for any such installation

Mark and his team replaced two bathrooms last year - we are extremely pleased with the results, which were just what we wanted.
