AAA maintain our business & house alarms very effeciently

Have had an AAA alarm for the last 17 years,thought it was time to upgrade.Rung up and explained I wanted to update to something newer and pet friendly.The surveyor came round and asked me exactly what I wanted,he then explained in great detail the systems that he thought would work best for us,he was friendly,nice and polite.He sent a message on the day to let me know what time he would be arriving.He then,later on that evening sent us a detailed quote for how much it would all cost.We was very impressed with the service and will be having them install our new updated system for us.

Had a problem with the alarm system last week contacted leighton buzzard branch and was met with a a very rude unhelpful attitude they were not interested because we did not continue with their service plan although we had them install it , so in short do not have any system from these people unless you wish to pay every year.these people are not interested in customer satisfaction just more people on there service plan. PLEASE KEEP CLEAR

They have always been brilliant! no issues

AAA have a nasty policy of sending invoices out to their customers for the yearly service fee _before_ any work has actually been completed. This year, we didn't get round to booking the engineer for the annual service until a bit later in the year. Unfortunately we started to receive quite threatening letters from AAA's Credit Control Department with Account Overdue" splashed all over it. For AAA to send this kind of demand to customers before they have actually done any work is the worst kind of customer service imaginable. If you want to deal with a rude

Awful company. Will come out press a few buttons and charge full whack for doing nothing. All we needed was a reset with a new code, which they stated on the phone was easy and it definitely would be done on one callout. But no, the guy spent 10 mins pressing things only to say it can’t be done, charged full price even though he’d done nothing.We called up to complain and were told we’d get a discount on a new alarm, which surprisingly still cost 2 thousand pound.So basically they get you saying it’ll be fixed then suddenly it can’t and now you need to spend 2 grand on a new one.Would NOT recommend, I hate companies like this!

ComplaintWe have AAA security system installed in our house, last night we had a power cut and the system went completely wrong , we had loud alarm noise inside and outside of the house for hours. The alarm system currently goes off every time when we open the door.I called their office today and spoke to two members of staff , both equally unprofessional and had a very very bad and rude attitude when spoke to me. I was told that the earliest appointment I can have to fix the issue is in a month time and the reason for this is because I pulled out of the contract. I was argued with and was treated as if AAA security doesn’t care about their old clients , is not interested in maintaining or building any sort of relationship with people they provided service to before and acted as if they are the only alarm system provider in the UK which is rather naive and rather stupid.AAA can do better if you train your staff to exercise a polite and civilised manner when speaking to the public.
