The most helpful store manager I have come across I only wanted a small off cut of an unusual sized pipe and coupling, the guy went out of his way to get me what I required. if only every business went the extra mile as this one did, it made such a difference to my day.

Avoid Rouden Pipetek aka Metroflow uk: Order not delivered within 7 days let alone next day, despite the steep carriage charge. Chased order twice via email & simply ignored. Phone never answered & messages similarly ignored. As a result Bank holiday job cancelled due to non-delivery. No apology or explanation received. So frustrating being kept in the dark all week not knowing until Friday night (order placed prior Mon) that I'd have to cancel job? Thank goodness I used PayPal as the dispute logged with them, prompted the only contact from this shabby outfit, which was a refund confirmation.
