This place is my idea of heaven. Both the massage and facial I had was wonderful and so was the swim in the poolWhich was immaculate. Going to visit for an over night stay. The 6 hours I was there wasn’t quiet long enough

SPA at Lower Mill Estate
Really excellent SPA. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage one day and another day the mint foot scrub. Couldn't fault either. Pool was good, both indoor and outdoor. I like the way they have adult only times and owner only times as well. The sauna and steam rooms are a little basic and could be nicer, but they do the job. We'll be back!

I was lucky enough to try the outdoor, indoor and eco pools here.The outdoor pool is gorgeous, you can have table service from Balihoo (recommended). The tiles are really something, it's all one level too so no deep end. They have dedicated times for adults only.The indoor pool is well heated, and a warm welcome after a plunge in the freezing cold eco pool - which is a must do when you're there! It's very, very cold but as I tell myself, you only live once!I didn't managed to try treatments, but the spa itself was really inviting and if I were to return I'd definitely book myself in.

I had an Indian head massage by Jordan it was the worst I've ever had total waste of money she was not interested All other facilities in the Spa and staff were excellent.

A lovely restful looking spa, didn't have treatments as rather expensive but the pools were too a good spec and the eco pool a nice added extra. Lovely weather definitely helped for outdoor swimming even though heated. Hot drinks advertised but machine temperamental.

SPA at Lower Mill Estate
It’s a beautiful place with decent gym, heated pools (indoor and outdoor) and an eco, lake-fed pool as well. There are treatment rooms, changing rooms, a sauna and a steam room, so plenty of ways to relax. The spa offers adult-only swim times but most of the time is open to families. Quite busy in the summer holidays but there always seems to be loungers available outside.

Booked for a spa weekend - no one advised at the time you were only allowed in the spa once and had to select and book a slot for 1.5 hours - on arrival at spa was allowed in but kicked out after 30 mins - disgusting - that’s not what I call a spa weekend - staff very miserable and surly - a member of our party had a massage booked - however treatment room dirty with dead spider and hair and dust underneath massage bed - gross - don’t waste your time or money there are far better places in the area

SPA at Lower Mill Estate
I had a lovely facial here when we booked a weekend away, the lady completely relaxed me, it was one of the best facials I’ve had! My little boy loves the indoor pool as it’s so lovely and warm, it’s never been crowded when we’ve been so throughly enjoyable. All the staff at the spa are so lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend!
