I have recently visited Moseley Autocentre twice is relation to my Mini, as If I had continued using the services of the Car’s main dealer to resolve these issues, I would have been outlaying the best part of £3600.Thanks to the team at Moseley Autocentre who took time to do research my dilemma. A first class experience. Jake, who fronts the office, was extremely pleasant. He explained everything that would be done and handled the whole process totally professionally. Not only that, but the repair was expertly carried out at a fixed price and all within four hours of me leaving my car with them. I thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent! I took my boss's vehicle in at very short notice (it's adapted for wheelchair use, so I needed a quick solution) and the guys here came out and took a quick look immediately, in order to diagnose the problem. I got the vehicle booked in just a couple of days later, at a time to suit us. The problem was solved, by replacing the locking mechanism of the tailgate, as predicted. They kept in touch throughout, and were just lovely. I'd highly recommend this lovely local garage and their friendly, efficient staff to anyone.

I took my car for MOT and they said your one of the front light needs changing to pass MOT and ripped off £20. Before giving my car for MOT I have carried out basic check and there was no issue. Just be careful.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Very friendly staff who will always offer an honest opinion. Over the past few months they have found a coolant leak that 2 other garages couldn't and gone above and beyond to find a crank sensor that wasn't available from the main dealer. As well as organising a key drop point for me to get my car out of hours. Pat and the team are top notch!

Just wanted to say a huge ‘THANK YOU’ to Pat Pryce and his team at Moseley Autocentre.A few months ago, I noticed a warning light on my UW Mini’s dashboard, along with a noticeable loss of power when trying to accelerate. My own mechanic (which I’d previously been using for many years) was unable to diagnose the problem on this particular occasion and suggested I take it to a main dealer to have it properly diagnosed and repaired.Instead I took it to Pat and his team at Moseley Autocentre for a second opinion to see if they could diagnose the problem and offer a solution. Thankfully, they were not only able to diagnose the problem but were also able to provide a solution - and at a fraction of the cost of a main dealer!Unfortunately, however, the replacement part that they were sent and fitted was faulty and so another brand new part had to be ordered.However, Pat went above and beyond with his after care and customer service by arranging to come to my home – at no further cost to me – collect my car and take it back to the garage for further diagnosis. This confirmed the new replacement part that had been fitted was indeed faulty so he then dropped the car back again to my home while another new part was ordered. He then came back again a second time, picked up my car and took it back in for repair before returning it again and this time the replacement part solved the problem – and I got my turbo back!If you need any help with your car repairs or servicing needs, then I’d highly recommend you have a word with Pat and his colleagues at Moseley Autocentre. You will be glad you did!Many thanks again Pat for going the extra mile – (twice!) – very much appreciated!

Always used this garage since 2016 and they always go above and beyond to resolve issues at a reasonable price. VW main dealership would have charged 4x as much for the work they carried out today. Staff are always friendly and helpful too a great local garage.

Moseley Auto have been doing MOT & servicing for my 2001 VW beetle for 5 years. Recently I've been having recurrent issues with the engine management system and since the car is old it's been back and forth a number of times. The team are absolutely great and really helpful and I would say they go above & beyond in terms of service. I wouldn't go anywhere else because I know and trust that I'll get great service and fair prices.Thanks so much Pat, Jake and all the team for everything you have done.
