I cannot recommend the service we received from Anna and Rachael highly enough. They were professional, thorough and efficient throughout and made the whole experience much more relaxed than it would otherwise have been. They took a dynamic and proactive approach to marketing our house which really paid off, allowing us to sell our house quickly. Viewings were scheduled with consideration for our needs as a family and managed exclusively by the team. A truly super service.

Anna was recommended by a friend and she has been excellent in all aspects. From the start she values the property using appropriate comparable properties and we agreed on a value that both my wife and I thought was very fair. Anna recommended using a video service which made the property stand out and look at its best. As a result the house sold in the first week with the second viewing. Anna keeps you in the picture and shares progress using WhatsApp which is brilliant. Anna was available at all times despite being a busy professional and a mum. Outstanding service from Anna Smith at David Lee. Highly recommend Anna from David Lee for selling anyones home. She had a big task on her hands with what we requested and she pulled it off without hesitation. We tasked Anna with selling 2 properties for us and gave her a time frame of 2 weeks to get accepted offers. Not only did she smash this by getting over asking price on both properties, one was sold on the first day of being advertised and the second only a few days later!! Nothing is ever too much trouble for Anna, she will respond to you whenever you need her to even out of working hours when she really ought to be having a rest! We were given weekly updates on the progress of our sales by her and her lovely P.A Rachael- who I might add also came to meet me out of working hours to collect some keys. Anna is always smiling and upbeat on the phone and remains positive and supportive throughout the very stressful time of selling your home. Firstly, if when you are selling a house, you speak to several Estate Agents, as advised, and decide not to choose Anna from David Lee, then give your head a wobble and change your mind.I chose another estate agent before seeing sense.I cannot recommend Anna, and her assistant, Rachel highly enough. All estate agents are not the same. Anna provides a very personal service and her communication skills are fantastic. I think that if you buy or sell with her help, you will find that she will be brilliant. You certainly will not feel like a number on a target board, and she is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the amenities and the property.If after your head wobble, you decide to not change your mind, several weeks later you probably will. I speak from experience.I am very thankful for Anna and Rachels help, and we have now moved into a lovely house, with minimal fuss in the process.

We were due to be buying a property that Anna was the agent for.Despite not being our agent Anna was extremely helpful and helped guide us through aspects of the purchase as well as keeping us to date on the progress.Unfortunately, due to multiple issues with the property that came to light as the process developed the purchase didn’t go through.Even with that as the outcome Anna and her team were a great help, and knowing the kind of property we were looking for even sent us a recommendation she had seen that wasn’t a property she was representing.With the experience we had working with Anna and her team we would have no hesitation recommending her services.
