Dark Secrets Hair

It was really good and fantastic this is my second time coming to dark secrets the place is fantastic and so is the staff. I might come one of the regulars and the place is easy to find as well. You need to come down and give it a try.

I've Been coming here for years staff are friendly and professional amazing work everytime! Usually go for the crazy colours that last for ages never had any problems. Highly recommend Dark Secrets Hair!

very bad service she doesnt have no good customer service skills at all, would advice to stay well away from here, multiple calls and messages and she doesnt respond however she happy to take payments quick enough

Worst experience ever. While washing my hair the owner hairdresser tells me she might not have time to finish my hair (blowdry/straighten) as she has another client who is coming next and she has to see him on time. I offered to wait till after him so she could finish me but she refused- I have curly hair and that's partly why I came. Going on to tell me she's by herself today as her assistant was sick (should have rearranged appointments instead of rushing and doing a s#@t job). Haircut was awful went to town with thinning scissors - hair was worse than before I went in. When I told her I couldn't leave like this she had the audacity to tell me I was five mins late - I had no call to tell me the salon had moved 5min away and that she would be on the phone for 10 mins when I got there. Never will go again. Really bad customer service and haircut. Very fast to take payment, don't know why I paid £40, deserved nothing.

Haseena has been colouring and styling my hair for the past 10 years - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Would not hesitate to recommend Dark Secrets!

Really good salon. I come everyweek for a wash and blow dry. I love the staff that work there
