This is the 2nd time using Shaws Floors, Tanya and her staff are all very helpful, very efficient and keep in touch as to what happens next, the fitters arrived on time and tidy up after laying the carpets. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic all round can't recommend highly enough. I required carpets for all our rooms but to be fitted different times. I had an idea of colour and look but not having gone down this route before had no idea of costs. When Tanya came over to measure she listened to what I wanted and more importantly how each room was being used and by whom. She then gave me valuable advice of suitable options. Tanya emailed the next day with two sets of costs. This allowed me to not only to make MY decision on what I wanted to spend but more importantly a benchmark to allow flexibility. I never felt under pressure to make any decision but through all the advice I was given went for a different carpet which we all love. The fitting process was quick and easy, the fitters were friendly and not only worked in a tidy manner but left my place spotless. The service from start to finish is 5 stars all the way.
