Evri Depot Plymouth

Had text message saying they couldn’t deliver package. No tracking number so I have classed it as a con.

Always an issue when supplies are coming from these, clearly need to speak with other competitors about how they get parcels out as these always seem to have issues every time taking up to 4 week’s delivering items and in some cases not at all.

Left my delivery outside without telling me and is now gone. Yet wrote down that is was handed directly to seller. You should be ashamed of yourselves. What do I do now.....

I had face to face interview then the guy who did interview for me he was telling me that he is happy with my experience he say u will start work soon we will give u call but they never call again I even called them they don’t answer shame on u

Parcel has been in transit with them for 3weeks and I still have not received it and still no update as to where it is , all I k ow its at their depot

Evri have had my item since Sun 12th November, and still not out for delivery, it was quicker coming from abroad, and stuck with Evri. No communication, no updates nothing. Total shambles

I live in a block of twenty flats. The main door to the block is open to public/tradesman between 7am and 2.30pm. Deliveries are left in the foyer and not delivered to the the flat, they tell us it's been left in a safe place which is open to the public. There are notices on the door and glass frontage but they take no notice of the signs warning them that parcels that have been left there have been stolen. No matter how many residents have complained to Evri they just don't listen, poor customer service. They are a joke.!!!

Absolute shower! Massive parcel due 10 days ago, nothing, nothing, then yesterday, in transit, today... customer refused package at 1311, at depot returning to seller at 1314 - ummmm, no! No delivery attempted at all, and no way I'd refuse it. No contact info to get this resolved either. Absolute joke of a company.

After reading the other reviews I thought id never get my parcels but I went to this depot, explained my situation and Dameon sorted it out for me. Although they couldn’t find it in the depot they found out that a courier had it on them and they phoned me the next day to tell me. Brilliant service for a parcel that was delayed due to the sender’s error of posting an item that weighs more than 15kgs through Evri. As they cannot deliver parcels heavier than this.If you want to see someone at the depot go between 9-5pm monday to friday and theyll be super helpful from what I experienced.Thank you also to Steve my delivery driver for helping with this.Thank you Evri

My daughters parcels has been at the depo since 2nd July, one part has been sent back the other is still there and all should be put at Morriston drop off point...why has this not been done? Why can I not track OR contact anyone about this issue? ????
