Had a problem with a smoke alarm contacted my landlord/ housing association to see if it could be sorted out as it was outside my child's bedroom , they said it was urgent which means three days but got a phone call from Andy to ask about it, he heard it in the background and decided to come and do it considering he was closer to home than to us, we he arrived he was polite and professional and got the job done, which was very much appreciated as we could have had to wait a couple of more days, so thank you.
