Move Dance is a wonderful company with great customer service. They were very helpful with my question and quickly resolved the problem. On top of that, their products are of great quality. My students love how comfortable and soft they are and their parents love how they don't break the bank and how well they hold up to washing. Me personally, I like that my customers are happy with them, the way they flatter the dancers and that their double-lined leotards help keep even children who start developing young feel comfortable and confident.Their products are beautiful and well-made and they are an overall joy to work with!

Easy to order, quick delivery, easy to return. My return was showing as being received by the retailer (returning includes tracking which is great!) but I had not received my refund and it had been a month. Hopped onto the chat and they were quickly able to update me and confirm the processing of my refund so can’t complain about the service really!! Overall good experience, the high stars is for the customer service mainly which was easy and quick

Ordered 4 pairs of Bloch dance shoes which arrived on time. Returned 3 pairs as they were much smaller than UK sizes. Didn't have any problems printing the returns form, returned via Royal Mail and refund issued a few days later. The only niggle was that you can only return via Royal Mail through a depot (not a Post Office) and the counter didn't issue a proof of posting receipt so I had to take a photo of the box on the Royal Mail counter.
