Good service boots were tight shop assistant ordered wider fitting just had call to say they're in only four days later

Made a recent purchase at the Edinburgh Princes St store. The staff and in particular, Callum, where extremely friendly, knowledgeable with nothing being too much trouble. Made numerous trips back and forth and was able to offer greatly appreciated advice. Thank you!!!!

Helpful staff member Louise measured my feet with a scanner (looking forward to personally 3D printed shoes!!) and patiently brought various styles and colours for me to try. IT slightly unhelpful listing sizes in stock that in fact were not, but I bought two pairs of shoes that I am pleased with...and have 30 days in which to change them if I need to.

Really pleasant experience shopping here - the sales assistant (Nicky?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I'm very happy with my purchases. Will definitely return.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, who assisted my family member, first using their brilliant measuring machine and the results are really interesting, and then with the right purchase for their needs, which made walking round Edinburgh far more comfortable and enjoyable for them

The shoes are well made and comfortable. I find many of the styles a bit ‘frumpy’ - and I am 60 !What I have learned is that the customer service is appalling . When buying the service is perfectly helpful and pleasant but this changes dramatically when there is a problem - no one answers the phone, I got fobbed off several times, I was not listened to, I was told things that I could prove to be incorrect, I was passed to Head Office ( who also don’t answer the phone) and passed from Department to Department. It took several lengthy phone calls and reminders to get a basic refund for shoes I had paid for a month previously and was told would be delivered ‘by the end of the week’ but which were out of production. BEWARE.
