We wanted cctv installed and Henshaws were recommended to us, we also had some other quotes. Called them and Andy came out to understand what we wanted to achieve and after a discussion we agreed what was required to meet these, a few days later the quote arrived. As it was in line with the other quotes and what we were expecting we arranged a date for fitting. On the day of fitting Dave and Lewis arrived on time, after a discussion to confirm what was going where they started work. After 3.5 hours they were all installed and you would not know they had been as they had cleaned up as they went. We collectively set up the cameras, installed the app on our phones and given instruction on the system and how to work it. Fantastic work by all, can't recommend them more highly.

Car park is worth a visit just for the views. Beautiful outlook. Perfect parking for the tanning salon.

Would not recommend, paid £130 for a service on my security system, didnt fill me with confidence when the service man came out and didn't know how to operate nor service my alarm, and was using Google/youtube tutorials to do it... Within 2 days my alarm has become faulty" and need a brand new one... Really recommend another company"

What a lovely company to deal with. Came out immediately after a troublesome/sleepless night with my alarm system. Lady on the telephone was very helpful and after she had talked me through how to silence the alarm, sent out a lovely engineer later that day, who was able to repair my alarm, thank goodness and also changed my light bulb for me as i was struggling to reach. Would highly recommend as nothing was too much trouble.

Henshaws came to our rescue twice, first to disable the alarm which developed a fault on a house we were selling, we live many miles away and they even went to collect the keys from the estate agents. Our buyer insisted we had the alarm fixed before completion and Henshaws sourced the parts and fixed the alarm in time for completion. Their communication and service were excellent throughout. Would thoroughly recommend them.
