Tom’s expertise, help and support was invaluable in helping with the compulsory purchase of our property. Tom conducted a valuation inspection visit, research thereafter, preparation of all the necessary reports and negotiation with the council / developer helped greatly in achieving an appropriate level of compensation which we were being unfairly denied. His knowledge and experience are second to none and without his help in the pre and post CPO process we would be facing a very different outcome. I highly recommend Tom for any compulsory purchase, CPO, valuation, and compensation matters.

We have used Tom's professional services in a relation to a lease extension negotiation for flat we own in Tonbridge. Tom conducted the original survey and valuation and the subsequent negotiation with the representatives of the freeholder.
