Rented a place for 2 years with Cityzen, and found them to be professional, fair and attentive. Danny in particular was fantastic: there were some problems with Utilities and the Housing Association that were no fault of Cityzen, but I couldn't have resolved them without Dannys support. Also very fair and reasonable when moving out, and when needing a reference letter. I have no hesitation recommending Cityzen

Had a fantastic experience with Metin and Ali finding and renting a flat in London as students. Metin's market expertise ensured perfect matches, and Ali promptly coordinated repairs for the broken banister and carpet when needed. Both were committed, friendly, and made the process stress-free. Peter is the best agent I've ever met. He replies super quickly and never misses any message. He helped me a lot with my deposit as well when moving out. I cannot imagine the hassle I would have gone through if I had chosen another estate agent!

My partner and I rented a flat for 6 months from Cityzen and had such a terrible experience of it. You can always feel when a landlord or group doesn’t care about their properties and we felt that the entire time. Though the flat was beautiful, there were so many issues like a carpet moth infestation and water damage to the wooden floors from a leak in another flat that took months to even get appropriate responses on (we had to threaten to leave to truly feel like our concerns were heard). We eventually left the flat but the manager took photos of a piece of thread on the stairs and staining on the curtain that was present when we moved in and used those to take an extra couple of hundred from our deposit for “cleaning”. They’re friendly when they want you to rent from them but when you no longer benefit them, don’t expect a pleasant or collaborative experience. Not to mention there was construction outside our flat almost the entire time which was a nuisance at the best of times

Rented with CityZen for a year and I’m incredibly thankful to Peter, the property manager who was always so professional, responsive, patient & understanding with demands. Generally he was incredibly helpful the few times I had issues in my flat. His ability to be a great buffer between tenant & landlord is noteworthy. Peter made both my move in and move out incredibly smooth & I would say anyone that has him as a property manager is in great hands. Thank you Peter!

My experience with CityZen property management team has been outstanding. The property management team consistently demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to tenant satisfaction.

Would give 0 stars if possible, I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs if you rent in London.Rented for 6 months with them and from day 1 there were multiple issues with the flat.All of the problems were hidden before we had moved in and they failed to mention any off the issues upon us getting the keys. They only bothered to fix 1 issue after weeks of pestering them for updates and supportThey only care about filling their pockets, when we needed help messages came like twice a week but when it was time to leave, all of a sudden correspondence about deposits and end of tenancy cleaning was communicated in a matter of hoursDo not rent with these people if you can help itIf you spent the same amount of time helping renters as you do responding to honest reviews and ignoring problems, you'd be doing a whole lot better

We had a very pleasant experience with Cityzen, from the viewing we had 3 years ago to the last day when we returned the keys to the flat. Our contacts were always very responsive and helpful and there were no issues which were left unresolved. Clear communication and professionalism! We would 100% recommend.
