I work nights and very offten I am not able to attend places or sign documents during the day, Ali agreed the time and place and on his own initiative showed up to sign rental extension after my shift ended so I didn't have to drive to Leighton Buzzard. Fabulous service.

Rented a car to take on holiday for the week as mine wasn't reliable enough, the service was outstanding, Emmanuel is the chap I dealt with and he was excellent, very friendly and very reassuring as I'd never hired a vehicle before. The car was of excellent quality I will definitely return in the future. 10/10

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. While my car was in repair at Pennings, my insurance offered me a hire car with Enterprise. After a few days of having the car I had a puncture while the car was parked which was odd. I had to call an AA guy out and upon taking the wheel off the whole alloy had been deformed. Type of damage that there’s no way I could of done. It had heat treatment marks and dents proving someone had tried to repair it previously. I returned the car immediately while the AA was behind on the day. I then found out a few days later that Enterprise are trying to claim on my insurance policy for damages I didn’t do, absolutely shocking and outrageous. Even the AA guy said the damage on the alloy couldn’t of been done in a day. I’m still battling the claim now. Even one of LBs Enterprise employees stated I wasn’t at fault for the damage as they could see how it’s been tampered with. Yet Enterprise didn’t even want to listen to one of their own employees. I’ll never be getting a car from here again!The only slightly good experience I had from LB enterprise was with Riz. He supplied me with a replacement swiftly and was a great guy to be around.

Would highly recommend using Enterprise in Leighton Buzzard. I dealt directly with Emmanuel and Vish, they were both extremely helpful and very professional. Customer service I received from them both was exceptional, I would 100% use them again, I was collected on time to receive the car and Emmanuel also tried his upmost to offer me a lift home once I had taken the car back even when they were low on staff as I wasn't aware that they offered a drop home service, with Vish then taking the time to take me home which in turn saved me money on a taxi. Very pleasurable experience.The car I had was a lovely car, great to drive!

I’ve had multiple rentals with this team and they are always great. Vehicles are clean and well maintained and the customer service of the team there is great and personal. Emmanuel always looks after me and makes sure everything it quick and smooth for collection and drop off

Staff were very professional. Overall check-in and return experience was nice. A pick up and drop off service would have been nice at least for people in the town especially considering that they are not located near the town centre. Reducing one star for that.
